Someone recently said “No One Likes Chatbots or AI”


Well, not only was the comment Not true.

It could mislead many RE Agents.


    The Best Time is NOW


I wrote this post to provide insight into why NOW is the best time

to have Chat-Bot in your business.


It’s new. I get that.


     Because It’s Still New


Not many people know how to use it correctly.

That is understandable too … since it’s a new technology


But to simply say people don’t like Chatbot or AI, it’s actually

risky and I will tell you why in a minute.

     You May Not Like It But Your Clients Do


It’s possible that you, personally, don’t like chatbot, and I respect that 🙏🙏


But that is not the same for the prospect who

wants your service – either to buy or sell a house

    It Happened When the Internet Started


Remember what happened in the early 90s when the web was

just picking up? 👀


Some business owners said: “Nobody is going to use the

internet. It’s a fad”


Do you remember that?


I don’t know your age, but you

may want to check that history real quick. 😇

    They Laughed at Jeff Bezos Too


Also, do you remember that when Jeff Bezos started

Amazon, the CEO of Borders books

ridiculed him and said: “Nobody would buy books online”


Remember that?👈

    He had the Last Laugh


What happened to Borders book?

Let me tell you what happened to them: they

went bankrupt.


Do you know why?


By the time they realized they had made a bad business decision

for not taking their business online while Jeff Bezos was building his online

“bookselling” empire, it was too late. It was way too late to catch up.🖐

My friend, ChatBots are not going anywhere. 👣


Recent research by Facebook confirmed that more than one in

two people say they’re more likely to shop with a business they can MESSAGE,

and 67% of people expect to message businesses more in the next two years.


Please read that again:


It’s very important.

Well, with over 2 BILLION monthly active users, Facebook

should know what is trending on their platform. Right? 🙌


According to Mark Zuckerberg, 2016: “We think that you

should be able to message a business in the same way you message a friend. You

should get a quick response. And it shouldn’t take your full attention as a

phone call would. And you shouldn’t have to install a new app.” 🤝

But Don’t Use the default ones


Although Facebook provides a default chatbot, that is not

the type of Chatbot I’m talking about here.


I’m talking of AI Powered Chatbot.

Don’t Jump on the Phone


It’s not every time you need an answer to something that you

want to get on the phone if you can get the answer from a bot.


I’m talking of a well-designed bot like we are selling…Not the

default plain vanilla type that Facebook gives you for free

with a business page.


Those don’t do much for your business. 🙊

You can Help Every Everybody


And for a business owner, it will be nice to help everyone

but only talk to those that are ready now.


So, having an AI-Powered ChatBot is a win-win.


It’s a win for a buyer or seller who needs to have a few questions answered.

It’s a win for the real-estate agent who can help a prospect without

being on the phone until that prospect is ready to buy.

And Still Avoid Time-wasters and Tire-kickers


Most real estate agents can relate to this: there are

people who abuse your time or use it with no intention of working with you

to the conclusion of a purchase or sale.
